Aylen

For Aylen, dental hygiene isn’t just a job — it’s a passion. A proud South Floridian and graduate of Miami Dade College’s Dental Hygiene program (Class of 2019), she brings skill, heart, and a whole lot of positive energy to every appointment. With a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Florida International University and years of hands-on experience, she’s all about helping patients feel confident, comfortable, and proud of their smiles.

Known for her gentle touch and friendly chairside manner, Aylen is committed to making every visit a relaxed, personalized experience.

Whether you’re due for a cleaning or simply looking for a dental home you’ll actually enjoy visiting, she’s here to make it happen with a smile. When she’s not in the office, Aylen loves spending time with her husband and two daughters, traveling, and discovering new foodie spots around town.

Gijen

Hi I’m Gijen. At Cooper City Family Dentistry, I help facilitate Dental Hygiene appointments along with handling calls and emails. I pride myself on being a team player who is always willing to assist whenever needed. With a strong focus on customer service, I thrive on creating a welcoming environment for patients while ensuring the office operates efficiently. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, exploring new destinations through travel, and indulging in well-deserved naps.

Judith

Judith has been an exceptional dental assistant for more than 20 years and is very passionate about her work. She loves her patients and treats them like family. In her free time she likes to spend time with family, especially her grandchildren, go shopping. She is blessed to have such a loving family at home and work.

Lisa

Hello, I’m Lisa! I’m currently working as a dental assistant at Cooper City Family Dentistry, where l’ve been working for a year. I love everything about my job, especially the amazing team I work with. Every day, I’m learning something new and growing my skills. I have a high school diploma and a bachelor’s degree in biology. My dream is to go to dental school and become a pediatric dentist, with a special focus on orthodontics. Outside of work, I love dancing and listening to music as well as spending time with friends and making new memories is something I always look forward to!!

Nicole

Nicole has been a dental assistant for over 11 years. Her passion and dedication to her patients is what makes her stand out. She strives to ensure patients have a smooth dental experience. When not at work, she loves to spend time with family and travel.

Milady

Mila has been a part of our team since 2023. She grew up in South Florida. Her hobbies include the beach, reading, and spending time with family and friends. Her favorite part of her career is seeing patients’ smiles transform from start to finish.

David

David Torres is a dedicated dental hygienist who graduated from Miami Dade College in 2012. With over a decade of experience, David is passionate about providing exceptional patient care, staying current with the latest advancements in dental technology and education to ensure the highest quality treatment. Beyond clinical practice, David travels to dental hygiene schools across Florida and Georgia, sharing his expertise in preventive dentistry and inspiring the next generation of dental professionals as they begin their careers in the field.

Diana

Diana is our skilled dental hygienist. She joined our team in 2022. Originally a practicing pediatric dentist in her native Colombia, Diana is currently pursuing her U.S. dental license. She is dedicated to providing a positive experience for patients through gentle and thorough cleaning. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her family.

Daniela

Daniela is a very dedicated dental assistant that has been a part of the Cooper City Family Dentistry family for three years. She is a very fast learner and is currently a pre-dental student aspiring to become a dentist. Her bright personality and charisma are a great addition to the office.

Betty

Finance Specialist

Bertha is our Insurance and Finance Specialist who works with patients to help navigate the complexities of their dental insurance and patient financing. With over 20 years of dental experience, Bertha knows insurance and finance. She is a new addition to the Miramar Smiles Dentistry Family and has been working with Dr Martin for over 20 years! Her hobbies include baking and getting away on Caribbean vacations.

Azin

I’m Azin. As a dedicated dental hygienist at Cooper City Family Dentistry, and with over 8 years of experience, I pride myself in helping my patients achieve optimal oral health through personalized care and advanced hygiene techniques. When I’m not working, I spend my time exploring nature or trying new recipes.

Sue is our highly trained lead dental assistant at Cooper City Family Dentistry. She loves helping things run efficiently behind the scenes. She always prides herself on great efficiency and attention to detail. Her wealth of experience and her ability to connect with patients on a personal level creates an environment where you’ll feel at ease from the moment you step through our doors. Some of her favorite hobbies include traveling and watching movies.

Stephanie

My name is Stephanie, I am a foreign dentist from Honduras. I received my Dental Hygienist license in 2017, and I’ve been working in the field of dental hygiene ever since. I use my clinical background to give my patients the best care possible. My main goal is to help them maintain good oral health through education, prevention, and personalized attention.

Maria

I’m Maria, one of the Dental Hygienists at Cooper City Family Dentistry. I am passionate about dentistry and as a foreign Dentist from Venezuela I decided to pursue my path in the same field in this country, where I was able to obtain my license as a Dental Hygienist. I strongly believe in continuing education to help stay on top of the latest techniques and treatment modalities. In my free time, I enjoy baking and spending quality time with my family.
